Every engagement starts the same way — a Business Diagnostic Call. We spend 45 minutes looking at where the business actually is, what is getting in the way, and what the right place to start is. After that call, you will have three choices:

Common Questions

Do I have to move to the retainer after the Foundation Build?

No. The Operational Foundation Build is a standalone engagement. You'll leave with a fully built backend regardless of what you decide next. That said, most clients choose to continue because the retainer is what keeps everything running.

What if I have no bookkeeping system at all?

That's actually the most common starting point. We build it from scratch. You don't need to have anything in place before we start.

How involved do I need to be?

More at the start, less over time. The first 30 days require your input to build things correctly. After that, the systems run with minimal involvement from you.

Do you work with businesses outside of construction and trades?

Yes. The core work applies to any service business — cleaning, landscaping, HVAC, staffing, consulting, and more. If you have a team, recurring jobs, and a messy backend, we can help.

What's the difference between you and a bookkeeper?

A bookkeeper records transactions. We build the entire operational and financial infrastructure — and then manage it. Bookkeeping is one piece of what we do, not the whole thing.
